Knife Thirty Five - 4½″ Pattern Welded Kitchen Knife

I forged this knife at the same time as Thirty Two, and it is the other half of that billet. I had run out of time before starting the wedding knives, so it sat in the kitchen for over a year.

Over lockdown the SKCC forum was very quiet, but a few of us posted projects to keep the club going. The one who posted most was Chris and he expressed an interest in buying one of my knives. I don’t make them to sell, but I decided to finish this knife and just give it to him.

I think the handle is Honduras Walnut, but I’m not sure. Here it is after the handle was glued on with electical tape protecting the blade:
